LibQUAL+ Survey 2017
LibQUAL+® is a standardized web-based assessment tool that measures users’ expectations and perceptions of library services, library as a place and as a provider of information resources. This survey is produced by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and is used by hundreds of universities world-wide.
At UIW, this survey has been conducted every three years since 2011. During the spring of 2017, all full and part-time students and teaching faculty were asked to fill the survey out.
