Available Changes

The following links can be utilized to request changes to your housing account. The below guidelines outline the processes regarding account changes. Requests made outside our official guidelines will not be processed.

Submit a Request to Change Rooms

The room change process occurs four times during the academic year. We will gladly accept room changes during active periods.

Note that this process is not a 100% guarantee and changes are based on availability and proper room management.

Active Room Change Request Periods:

June 1st – July 15th (Fall Semester)
August (Fall semester) – First week of classes
November (Spring Semester)
January (Spring semester) – First week of classes

Make a Change to Your Meal Plan

The meal plan change process occurs twice during the academic year. We will gladly accept room changes during active periods.

Note that changes CANNOT occur outside meal plan change period

November – January 5th (Spring Semester)

Request for Cancellation

Submit a request to cancel your current housing or application.

Once the form is submitted, please call (210) 829-6034 to confirm submission

If you are currently residing on campus, please contact our office to set up a check out time. Please note you must have set up a check out time within 48 hours after requesting to cancel your housing contract.

Per our Housing Contract, if you cancel during the academic year, there is a $500 cancellation fee and forfeiture of the housing deposit.

Cancellation Deadline Dates – Application:

On or before May 31st: 100% housing deposit refund
On or before June 30th: 50% housing deposit refund
On or after July 1st: Deposit Forfeited .
