Meeting Your Classroom Tech Needs
Audiovisual support is available to every UIW classroom as well as the various conference rooms and public spaces on campus. Our technology enhanced classrooms foster opportunities for teaching and learning.
Equipment available for your use includes:
- LCD Projector
- Portable Screen
- Laptop
- Document Camera
- DVD/VCR Combo
- Presenter (clicker for presentation slides)
- Cordless Microphone
- Corded Microphone
- Lapel Microphone
- Microphone Stands
- Medium PA System (crowd of 100 or less)
- Large PA System (crowd of 100+)
Among the services provided are classroom support to ensure that the user is familiar with the A/V equipment and can comfortably conduct class using the equipment. We also support video conferencing, Skype sessions, Cisco WebEx, and Blackboard Collaborate.
We provide support and equipment for events held on main campus and the high schools. We ask that requests for audiovisual be submitted at least three business days in advance. Please book equipment as early as possible to ensure equipment availability. Services to student organizations will need to be approved and submitted by faculty/staff advisor.
