IRD On-campus Support Locations
IT staff are located in several places across UIW campuses to serve your tech support needs.
- The IT Help Desk is located on Main Campus in the SEC bottom floor.
- Instructional Technology offices are located on the garden level of the Mabee Library.
- Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Systems are located in the garden level of the Mabee Library
- Web Development is located in the first floor of the Mabee Library
- The Vice President for Information Resources office is on the second floor the Mabee Library.
- The Feik School of Pharmacy has a dedicated technology support technician in Rm. 452. Contact: (210) 883-1124
- The Northwest Campus, including the Rosenberg School of Optometry, has a small team of IT professionals who manage all aspects of technology support for programs housed at Datapoint (9725 Datapoint Dr., San Antonio, TX 78229). Contact: (210) 930-8164
- The Saidoff Center, which houses the School of Physical Therapy, also has IT support. The dedicated technology support technician is located in the Geneva R. Johnson Library. Contact: (210) 283-6919.

Hours of Operation: Technology Help Desk Call Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Walk in service is available Monday through Friday in the bottom floor of the Student Engagement Center. Please visit the Help Desk website for specific hours.
